Quest Requirements: 7 Axes, Valentine's Crafting at Level 4
Given after: Power of Friendship
The King's Gazebo opens the way to 4 new Quests, just by completing the first Phase. But 3 of them require you to Search the Forest just to get started, so this may be the point at which you find yourself running out of Axes. Prior to this, they were being drip-fed to you at a rate just sufficient to keep progressing the game. All of these Quests should be delayed anyway, so wait at least until after you have Searched the Forest for the Quarry before completing Phase 1 of this Quest.
You will get stuck at Phase 10 until you can upgrade Valentine's Crafting to Level 4. So best not to even start Phase 2 until this has happened.
